"Ghost Riders" 2011
Weekend ride to Mt. Snow, VT

The fourth year of this event will see over 100 attendees riding and driving up to the Gray Ghost Inn located in West Dover, VT near the scenic Mount Snow Valley which is home to Mount Snow a southern Vermont recreational destination.

The Inn, which serves as the central hub of the "Ghost Riders" weekend, has an outdoor hot tub, a Tavern, heated pool and back yard fire pit in addition to a game room, fire place and wireless internet - not to mention the well appointed rooms and great food.

The "Ghost Riders" started as a destination ride and has quickly turned into a full weekend of friendship and entertainment as the number of people has increased. While some of the faces are different from year to year it's generally a 'can't miss' Chapter event for members and guests.

Registration is now open,contact your chapter Gray Ghost rep to reserve your stay. NOTE:If you stayed at the Gray Ghost Inn last year and wish to stay at the Gray Ghost this year, you must reserve your room by January 22,2011, otherwise your room will go to the next person on the waiting list. Once you reserve your stay with your chapter rep you can use PayPal to purchase Ghost Rider 2011 pin and Dinner tickets

In order to ensure that everyone can get to the big dinner shuttle buses are run between the Inns so the bikes stay off the road after everyone settles in for dinner and entertainment.

Pins are specially made for the event and can be ordered up until July 23 rd .

We leave on a Friday afternoon, return on Monday.
Rain Date: None: This is a rain or shine event!!

Who: Registrants, their guests, on a bike or in a cage.

Cost: 3 Nights encludes tax and Breakfast: double occupancy $313.50 and single $194.70

Where: We start at Martin Motorsports and drive around 300 miles to the Gray Ghost in VT.

Agenda:

26th, Friday evening:

• Meet & Greet at the Grey Ghost Inn from 7-9pm
• Snacks & Water supplied, anything else is BYOB
• Pick up Pin orders and meal tickets at this time
• 9 PM hang out with STAR members at the Gray Ghost fire pit

27th, Saturday:

• Rides are "on your own" - hook up with a group, see Magnus for some rides they can suggest or create your own.
• This is your time to have fun, relax and enjoy the area, friends and the open road.

27th, Satuday evening:

• "The Mover" will be available at the participating Inns to take everyone to dinner - ask for the pick up area at your desk.
• Cocktail hour will be from 5:30-6:30, cash bar
• Dinner will be from 7:00 pm on
• Live band entertainment following dinner for all who would like to stay

28th, Sunday:

• Rides are "on your own" - hook up with a group, see Magnus for some rides they can suggest or create your own.
• This is your time to have fun, relax and enjoy the area, friends and the open road.
• 9 PM hang out with STAR members at the Gray Ghost fire pit

29th, Monday:

• Depart for the return trip home
